Set in Rio de Janeiro, Juntas & Separadas (Together & Apart) follows the lives of four best friends in their 40s—Laura, Ana Lia, Claudinha, and Joana—as they navigate the messy, challenging, and liberating reality of life after divorce. When their marriages come to an end, these four mature women find themselves recalculating their routes, confronting modern dating, body insecurities, motherhood, and career shifts, all while dealing with the realities of aging in a world that often overlooks women over 40. Meeting regularly at a local bar in the Leme neighborhood, they build a powerful and deeply empathetic support network. More than just a story about separation, the series is a lighthearted yet profound celebration of sisterhood, self-discovery, and the proof that it is always possible to reinvent yourself and find love—especially within yourself—at any stage of life.
